STR:
1. Change settings to open tabs in background when link in open in a new tab
2. Type "Firefox" in side-address bar
3. Click the arrow while holding down Ctrl
Actual Results
New tab open and switched to it immediately
Expected Results
Tab should have open in background

I didn't find anything in a quick search.

Not only history and bookmark side bar.
Both address bar also show same behavior.
