CSS Fonts Level 4 introduces new format hints for fonts that require variation support, so authors can provide alternative resources for browsers that don't support variations. Spec: https://drafts.csswg.org/css-fonts-4/#src-desc.
There should eventually be much more extensive variation-font tests coming along in web-platform tests (Microsoft has a bunch of testcases currently under review, for example), but in the meantime this is a simple reftest to check that we accept the new format hints (only when our variation-font pref is enabled).
