Taskcluster-lib-log has been implemented for a long time. It is in use for the provisioner and ec2-manager. We should integrate lib-log into the other taskcluster libraries so that we have a unified structured logging output. We should use lib-log in the taskcluster services so we have structured logging for our services. We should use the log.debug and log.trace methods in place of the debug module. Using the bunyan cli tool, it's really easy to get formatting for human consumption as well as really neat filtering.
