In order to support the addition of less-popular features/settings (such as "Always Show Toolbars When Scrolling") we should create an "Advanced Settings" item in our regular "Settings" menu to give these settings a home without cluttering our regular "Settings" menu.
NI? Robin and Bryan to get their thoughts on this idea as well as giving this menu an appropriate name should we decide to do this. String freeze is this week, so we need to decide soon.

If we did this, would we include `Block Pop-up Windows` and `Offer to Open Copied Links`? None of these are really "Advanced" features, but an entire section for one item is just as bothersome as placing this option in the top level of Settings. So we add a cell or add a section that we can potentially add to in the future. What do we consider "Advanced"? I've always found that section odd on Fennec.

Yes, I would think that "Offer to Open Copied Links" would be a good candidate to include in this menu, but I'm less sure about moving "Block Pop-up Windows". I would consider "Advanced" as anything that 90+% of our users would never change. It gives us a way to offer additional customizations for power users without cluttering our regular Settings menu.
That makes sense. I would expect to see this new section after Privacy.
I will resist the addition of this pref if all we have in it is the ability for a user to show/hide the URL bar. The problem that pref is trying to solve would be better fixed by directly changing the general behavior to match Safari. Safari shows the URL Bar and toolbar on the first tap of the title bar, and then scrolls to the top of the Page on the second tap. We currently do both all at once which is kludgy and also a lousy workflow for anyone trying to get access to tools like the Page Action Menu.

Clear a needinfo that is pending on an inactive user.

Inactive users most likely will not respond; if the missing information is essential and cannot be collected another way, the bug maybe should be closed as INCOMPLETE.
