The cell highlight color used for the trickled candidates in about:webrtc is very nearly the same color as used as the default OS X highlight color. This makes it impossible to tell what you have highlighted in the field. The color could be changed but what might cause fewer problems is changing the text selection color in the CSS.

This is the pale colour scheme from https://personal.sron.nl/~pault/#sec:qualitative.
It is designed to be used in the backgrounds of tables. It does not conflict
with the default text selection colour on OS X, and should be more friendly to
colour blind people.

Verified the color change between an affected build (old Nightly from 2020-06-04) and a fixed build (latest Firefox 80.0b5) on macOS 10.15.6.
