Details
From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.0rc2) Gecko/20020510 BuildID: 2002051009 I cannot drag and drop bookmark into 'bookmarks' in the bookmarks toolbar. The bookmarks pulldown menu will not open. However, I can drop the bookmark in the visible personal bookmarks row. This only seems to happen on LINUX. The Win32 built works as advertised. (The bookmarks pulldown opens and I can put the bookmark where I want it.) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Grab a bookmark clicking on the icon in front of the URL 2. drag it to bookmark toolbar 3. try not to put it in the line of personal bookmarks but into the 'bookmarks' button which should pop open so that you can file it in an appropriate location Actual Results: bookmark pulldown does not pop open. The 'drag and drop' pointer icon stays visible until you release left mouse button. Only happen on Linux build, win32 works as expected. Expected Results: Bookmark pulldown from personal booksmarks toolbar should open up. Using Mozilla 1.0rc2 on Linux 2.4.18 KDE3.0

Guess that this is a duplicate of <a href="http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=96504">bug 96504</a>?
imo it's closer to another. but it doesn't matter. basically some other bug has saved your xserver from the evil mozilla. for reference, mozilla doesn't advertise. eventually we'll fix this, but please don't expect it to be fixed by 1.0 *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 143031 ***
