you can see many failures when on try:

we are getting new hardware to run windows 10 tests on and the tests are failing.

here are the tests:

background-blend-mode-body-transparent-image.html

I would like to fuzzy-if and leave this open until there are dev cycles to look into this

Hi Joel - I'm guessing you haven't yet had cycles to get rid of the fuzzy-if workaround?

I haven't worked on this- I would imagine someone on the layout team would know more about how to fix this.
