Chromebook: Allow for page resize when requesting desktop version of site
When viewing a "desktop" version of a page, things can get a bit large. Top screen is normal "mobile" display, bottom is "desktop". (Since some sites may be "helpful" in their CSS choices, being able to change the base would be useful)
