you can see many failures when on try:

we are getting new hardware to run windows 10 tests on and the tests are failing.

here are the tests that fail:

filters-and-group-opacity-01.svg
markers-and-group-opacity-01.svg
opacity-and-transform-01.svg
paint-order-01.svg
radialGradient-fr-02.svg

I would like to fuzzy-if and leave this open until there are dev cycles to look into this
