The deadline for response to the January 2018 CA Communication survey was February 9. E-Tugra has not responded as of February 16.

Please respond to this incident with the following information:
1. Why was no response received from your organization?
2. Confirm that the CA email alias in CCADB is correct for your organization.
3. Explain why your monitoring of the mozilla.dev.security.policy list (a requirement of Mozilla policy section 2.1), did not result in your organization responding to this survey.
3. Explain what changes will be made to ensure that future actions requested of your organization by Mozilla occur promptly and no later than any communicated deadline.

Hi Wayne,
The answers for each question are below.

1. Why was no response received from your organization?
I am the primary responsible person for the actions on CCADB and Mozilla requests. 
But during last weeks, my small health problem that I have, and wrong date settings on my task scheduler app that I used for the remainder caused this problem and I missed the action before the response date.

2. Confirm that the CA email alias in CCADB is correct for your organization.
Yes, the email address gflist@e-tugra.com.tr is correct.

3. Explain why your monitoring of the mozilla.dev.security.policy list (a requirement of Mozilla policy section 2.1), did not result in your organization responding to this survey.
Previously explanation on question 1, my small health problem, and wrong date settings on my task scheduler app that I used for the remainder caused this problem.

3. Explain what changes will be made to ensure that future actions requested of your organization by Mozilla occur promptly and no later than any communicated deadline.
We will implement following actions to avoid this kind of unexpected and unwanted problems. as follows.
* All mails to the gflist@e-tugra.com.tr will be forwarded all management staff. All member will be responsible to assign a member for the requests to this mails. and will have to be sure that the decided action is taken and completed.
* at least 2 additonal active contacts will be added and become member of CCADB and mozilla.dev.security.policy groups. All will be responsible for the action or the auditing of action responses within deadline.
* E-Tugra  will implement a shared company level task scheduler for deadlines for the actions of CCADB and Mozilla.

Currently, we could not enter the responses for the the January 2018 CA Communication survey, due to deadline. How can we send the answers for survey?

Thank you for your response. I have re-opened the survey so that you can respond. Please do that, and also please update this bug when the other actions you described above are completed.

Actions described, are completed as follows.
* All mails to the gflist@e-tugra.com.tr are now orwarded all management staff. All member are responsible to assign a member for the requests to this mails. 
* mozilla.dev.security.policy groups are tracked by 2 additional E-Tugra staffs. 
* Our mail server automatically forwards all emails from CCADB to all E-Tugra management staff. 
* E-Tugra implemented a shared company level task scheduler for deadlines for the actions of CCADB, Mozilla and all others.
