Steps to reproduce:
1. Open google.com
2. Open a new tab
3. Double tap on home button and close Firefox from app switcher
4. Re-open Firefox
Actual results:
- The favicon is not displayed in Top Tabs for the "google.com" page only after the page has reloaded. The favicons are displayed in Tabs Tray although the page is not loaded.
