Steps to reproduce:

Just click on a menu item from Menu Bar or Bookmark. I am on Windows 7 Pro 64bit using a Windows Classic Theme.


Actual results:

The menus are flat and don't match the 3D Style of Windows like 58 does.

Resolving this bug as WONTFIX because Firefox versions >= 116 do not support Windows 7
