Origin is null for onSecurityChange callbacks when running under e10s. Non-e10s works as intended.

Attachment: Bug 1439610 - Fix origin under e10s in GeckoViewProgress;

Use the current principal to get the origin, so things work under e10s.
Also reorganize some of the code in checkIdentity.
