Hey Sole, the development of the new application panel seems to be taking place someplace else on Bugzilla. Should we close this bug?

Mmm, I'd say the App panel is a part of what we need to do to improve the service worker debugging experience. In any case, the App panel bug should block this one! :) There are other improvements / bugs that block us from "a nice experience". E.g. the platform bugs for e10s multi etc.
