Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox
2. Add new Bookmarks with lowercase (a-z)
3. Add new Bookmarks with uppercase (A-Z)
4. Enable Bookmarks Toolbar
5. Open Sidebars
6. Right click on Bookmarks Toolbar (from Sidebar) and click "Sort by Name"
Expected Results:
Both bookmarks from Sidebar and Toolbar to be sorted alphabetically in the same order
Actual Results:
While bookmarks from the Toolbar are always correctly sorted the bookmarks from the Sidebar are not (intermittently)
NOTES:
I reproduced the issue 5 times out of 10.

Please use the attached mochitest for reproducing the issue more easily.
