You can't cmd-click a link for "set top of range" or "set bottom of range" to open them in a new tab. And the "BuildAPI" link is just broken.

Bug 1440516 - Fix Push action menu links (#3255)
The links for set top and bottom of range weren't working
as links and the BuildAPI link was totally broken.
