Steps to reproduce:

Please add a probability switch for connections to randomly fail or drop to the low bandwidth simulator in the responsive design mode tester. Since in practice, having a slow mobile connection often also means it is super unreliable, simply increasing latency and decreasing bandwidth is not enough to test whether a JS app successfully handles a shaky, unreliable mobile connection and the associated need for good error recovery.

Actual results:

No obvious way to have a probability for connections to fail or to drop when already established. Only latency and bandwidth are mentioned

Expected results:

There is a way to specify a probability for a connection to fail to establish, or to get dropped in the middle once established
