Removing priority to force a re-triage (Please let me know if there's a better way to do this!). Reason: Product would like to ship this feature in 5.0.
Priority: P3 → --
P1 because Klar would like to be able to disable JS in the Klar+GeckoView release.
Blocking the WebView-compat meta bug 1437983 because there is a WebView API to disable JavaScript:
