The attached video will show thick green vertical lines with media.wmf.dxva.d3d11.enabled set to true on a nVidia Quadro 2000
It could seem like this is slightly different from what I thought the problem was. If I start Firefox with the video open and media.wmf.dxva.d3d11.enabled set to false, then the video is shown. Then I close the video and open it again and the thick green lines are shown again.

Thanks for the report! Does updating to the latest graphics driver affect the issue? e.g. https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/130177/en-us
