Steps to reproduce:
went to https://www.wunderground.com/weather/us/in/martinsville/46151
Actual results:
Page is loaded but some information is missing.
Expected results:
Information at top of page is missing, login, favorites and other misc stuff.
Works correctly in Firefox 50.0.2

Works fine here as far as I see it but I didn't enable all javascript sites.
Please retry in safe mode and / or a new test profile. You might also want to ask in one of the support groups or mozillaZine.
This is probably not a problem in SeaMonkey but with the website itself or your configuration.

Looks fine with unzipped installer of official en-US SeaMonkey 2.53a1 (NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:56.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/56.0 Build 20170706013410 (Default Classic Theme) on German WIN7 64bit

Figured out the problem, it was something in the webappsstore.sqlite file. Deleting it has fixed the problem.
