144126 - Composer doesn't have "Save" button or menu option!

Composer File menu only has Save As, no Save. And there is no Save icon either.
I am forced to always use Save As - means every time I must tell Composer that I
indeed want to overright the file! Control-S also doesn't seem to work.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Mozilla.
2. Click File->EditPage to start Composer.

WFM with trunk build 2002070108 on win2k.

reporter: can you reproduce this problem with a recent build of mozilla?
if so, please comment again with details including the build id.  otherwise,
please resolve this bug as WORKSFORME. thanks.

Yes - it's done in Mozilla 1.1 Alpha - build id 2002061104.
