As we get closer to planning and tracking ESR60, it's time to create these tracking and status flags.
I've created the flags, but not set them to active. I'm needinfo'ing jcristau to let me know when the esr60 repo goes live and I'll turn these on.
Component: General → Administration

Blocks: esr60
Per bug 1452919, we might also want to create: * approval-esr60 * tracking-thunderbird-esr60 * status-thunderbird-esr60 What do you think :jcristau?
I can create these whenever, but just need to know when to make them available.
