Details

From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 5.5; Windows NT 5.0) BuildID: 1.0rc2 The browser cannot open any new windows after the initial startup window, ever. Not only do File | New | Window and Ctrl+N not do anything, if the initial window is ever closed, a new one cannot be created (whether from quickstart in the task bar, via shortcut on the desktop, or from the Start menu), even though the process is still running. If the mozilla.exe process is terminated from the Task Manager, Mozilla can be restarted via any of the usual ways, but again only the one initial browser window is ever created. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Uninstall mozilla 2. Install 1.0rc2 in a fresh directory 3. launch mozilla 4. Try to create a new window, via Ctrl+N, File | New | Window, or by selecting any of the tools. Actual Results: Nothing happens (not even a jump in process memory or CPU time in Task Manager). There is no indication that the program has even attempted to respond. Expected Results: Spawn a new browser window.
Can you try this : uninstall all Third-Party Themes (via the preferences) and restart mozilla.
