WORKSFORME, w2000, Build 2002051304. Everything is (not) displayed as expected.

With Win98SE, RC2, I see a close comment tag "-->" (screenshot in a mo)

There's something deeply strange going on here:
- If I view source, I see something different from what I see if I save the page.
- If I save the ViewSource version, and view it, I see no comment tag.
- If I view the "save page" version, I see no comment tag.
- Loading the page from the URL above, I see a comment tag.

Help! my head hurts!

Confirming, but I've got no idea where this belongs.  Punting over to
viewsource, on the off-chance that that's the one that's doing the wrong thing. 

cc'ing dbaron, so he can tell us what the source of this page REALLY is.

Looks like the bug is already resolved in thelatest build. Please download
Build 2002051304 or above and check if the bug is still there. If not, 
please mark this bug RESOLVED.
