Steps to reproduce:

Accepted the auto-update and restarted the Nightly (Telugu version) for installing the update.

Also, installed the latest localized build from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/nightly/all/

Also, started Nightly with -safe-mode command line switch.

Also, started Nightly by creating a new profile.


Actual results:

Nightly starts with a XML error window: (hi-IN version)
