Environment: Device: LG G4(Android 5.1),Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (Android 5.0.1), LG G4(Android 6.0.1); Build: Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-03-05); Steps to reproduce: 1. Go to the Gmail application and tap on a link; 2. Repeat step 1 with another 3 links (the user will have four links opened in Firefox); Expected result: After the fourth link is opened a prompt appears: 'Opening multiple links? Save them until the next time you open Firefox. You can change this later in Settings' 'Not now' and 'Enable' Actual result: The prompt is not displayed.
Works for me with Nightly 60.0a1 (2018-02-06) on a Pixel 2 XL running Android 8.1.
Prompt is not displayed with 59.0 RC build 3 on Samsung S6 (Android 7.0).
[triage] Low tab queue user count.

Hi, I was able to reproduce the issue with Nexus 6P (Android 8.1.0) on the latest Nightly (2018-10-28), and Firefox 63.0, and Beta 64.0b3. Thank you!

I was able to reproduce the issue with Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (Android 9.0), on Beta 66.0b3, Nightly 68.0a1 (2019-03-18), and RC 66.0 build 3.
