I received an email with a 2meg attachment. On a slow dialup this took ~1/2 hour
to download. Then I clicked 'save as' on the attachement. This then took another
~1/2 to download the whole thing again. Why couldn't it use what it spent the
first 1/2 downloading.

Second issue. If you hit stop when downloading an email there appears to be no
easy way to restart the download. i.e. it keeps thinking that I have the whole
email already.

Third issue. If you have hit stop when downloading an email with an attachement
and don't have the complete attachment locally, then a 'save as' just saves what
it has without realising that it is the product of an interrupted download.
