[Prerequisites]:
- Have a new Firefox profile.
- Have the following prefs. in the "about:config" page (If a preference does not exist, please create it):
	- “extensions.legacy.enabled” pref set to “true”;
	- “shield.test.variation” pref set to “ensemble-taar”;
	- “extensions.taarexpv2.profile-age-in-days-test-override” pref set to any value higher than 1 but lower than 10.
	- "browser.privatebrowsing.autostart" pref set to "true"

[Steps to reproduce]:
1. Open the browser with the profile from prerequisites.
2. Install the latest "TAAR Experiment" in above profile (normal windows)
3. Ctrl + shift + P to open a new private window
4. Focus the normal window go to about:addons and install an add-on

Expected results:
The install ping is sent as the user installs an add-on from the normal window

Actual results:
The install ping is not sent. No other TAAR Shield study pings are sent when the user navigates to about:addons/uninstalls an add-on removes study.
