Details

there are five icons on the bottom left of the browser. I wanted to see what
they were so I held the mouse over them. The tooltips help came up, but only for
a split-second; not enough time to view what it said. As far as I know, those
are the only tooltips that do that (even the one's on the bottom right work normal).
