Steps to reproduce:

Install an extension which includes options_ui without the OPTIONAL browser_style defined.


Actual results:

Console warning:  1520607267102	addons.xpi	WARN	    Please specify whether you want browser_style or not in your options_ui options.


Expected results:

No warning is needed since defining browser_style is optional.  If it's required then the docs need updated.  Users installing an extension do not need to be warned about it.  Would only be useful to warn when temporarily installing extensions and then it should say it's optional.
