See this report about malware injection by Turkey's government by redirecting HTTP downloads: https://citizenlab.ca/2018/03/bad-traffic-sandvines-packetlogic-devices-deploy-government-spyware-turkey-syria/ We should add warnings about this to incentivize websites to secure their downloads.
