STR: 1. Open enough tabs that some are not visible in the tab view, in my case (7plus) 9+ tabs, I'll number them from #1 (top left) to #10 (bottom-most, right) in this example. 2. Open tab #10. 3. Go back to tab view, notice that tab #10 has a blue border. 4. Scroll to the top of the tab view, open tab #3. 5. Go back to tab view, notice that tab #3 now has the blue border. 6. Tap the 'X' icon to close tab #3. Expected: Tab #3 closes, following tabs rearrange themselves, but tab view doesn't scroll. Not sure what to expect about the blue border, I think it should either just disappear, or stay at the same location. Actual: Tab #3 closes, and following tabs rearrange themselves as expected, but tab view unexpectedly scrolls to (presumably) reveal the previously-viewed tab #10, which now has the blue border. I don't think there is value it scrolling to show the previously-viewed tab, it's an unexpected and distracting movement. I'm not even sure what this blue border really means in this case, as I think its main usefulness is to show which tab we were viewing before going to the tab view; now it's showing what I was viewing before that? Not very useful to me. So as an optional extra suggestion, I think there should be no blue borders anywhere anymore; or maybe it should stay at the same spot (say, tab #3 in the above steps), to remind the user where they were in the list when closing the tab?

I've just updated to version 11.0 (9713) and now the blue border stays where it was, so there's no scrolling happening anymore. Thank you! :-)

Sorry, I was mistaken, it's still happening (blue border going back to a previous tile, and scrolling to show it) -- Though I'm sure it didn't happen once, maybe something changed so it doesn't always happen?
