If you load the testcase and press the links, the modified cells in the matrix
just disappear.
If you modify the testcase to remove the fences surrounding the matrix, the
modified cells update.

WORKSFORME. Cannot reproduce with a trunk build. The problem seems to have been
fixed with bug 129115 which re-worked how incremental reflows are handled by
<table> (which <mtable> derives from).
Resolving as WFM on the trunk (nice). But not much to do for the branch.
