In order to deal with flaky sitedata tests and to be able to add more new tests, I'd like to split them up more granularly. The first step would be to move them into their own subdirectory in browser/components/preferences/tests.
I'm getting the following error when trying to review this patch: " This review request is private. You must be a requested reviewer, either directly or on a requested group, and have permission to access the repository in order to view this review request. "

Should work now, at least it doesn't say "This review is private" anymore when I hover it. Pretty weird... Thanks!
