1445295 - Make intermittent failure revision links select specific job on jobs view

When viewing the details for a particular bug's intermittent failures, the links in the 'revision' column currently point to the push where the job ran, but don't select the job in question.

eg:
https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=mozilla-inbound&revision=b8b11082ff88a050a88c1c616b7ed6ffcfc60f76

By adding `&selectedJob=NNNNN` (where the ID is the job_id), the job will be selected, making it much easier to find.

(Using anything but the "details" link on the attachment, eg the "edit as comment" or splinter links causes the mimetype to be reset due to a Bugzilla bug - bug 1384310)
