Once most of the other bug 1367364 deps are resolved, we can remove the functionality from Treeherder that posts the failure classifications to OrangeFactor's Elasticsearch instance.

And deployed to production.

I've removed the now unused ORANGEFACTOR_HAWK_KEY environment variable from production.
