Funny enough, I was using bugzilla!

I attached a file to a bugzilla bug (i.e. HTML file upload) and went on my merry
way.  A little while later, I tried to delete the file, but I could not.  After
searching, I could find no program with the file still open.  Finally, I closed
Mozilla and then I was able to delete the file.

(Hanging file pointer?  tsk tsk, for shame! :)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a HTML page that allows file uploads
2. Upload a file from your system via the HTML page
3. Go to other pages, do whatever you want in Mozilla
4. Try to delete the file, from Windoze Explorer, the command line, whatever

Actual Results:  Explorer: "Cannot delete <file>.  There has been a sharing
violation.
The source or destination file may be in use."

Command line: "The process cannot access the file because it is being used by
another process."

Expected Results:  File should be deleted without any complaint.

This is a dupe (fixed) but you can search yourself if you want.
