After bug 1397793 audio_device is only used in standalone WebRTC build. To help Mozilla rebase WebRTC in Gecko let's drop BSD bits that are no longer used.

I have to admit i don't understand what you're trying to achieve here, since those files will probably be removed upstream in webrtc at some point... but whatever :)

I'm dropping all of our local modifications to audio_device as part of the next upstream merge (Bug 1376873) so there's no need to drop the BSD bits separately. Thank you for thinking of it, I do appreciate anything that makes the rebase easier :)
