I verified that a few modules are no more used, and we can remove any migration up to 31 (included) since the oldest watershed release we have is Firefox 45, and the first migration after that is UI version == 36

test_browserGlue_urlbar_defaultbehavior_migration.js is testing one of these migrations, as such I'll also remove it
