Mail and News window does not open at all.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Attempt to start Mail and Newsgroups from Window menu

Actual Results:  Nothing.


Expected Results:  Mail and Newsgroups should start.

Confirmed: Build 2002051008 from the trunk (linked to by mozillazine.org), and
RC2 release.  Using Windows XP, I've done a full clean install (removed
C:\Program Files\Mozilla.org and reinstalled), and the same problem occurs. 
When Mail/News is launched directly (from a shortcut or from the Start menu),
the Moz splash screen pops up, and stays up indefinitely (tested for over two
hours), until the mozilla.exe process is killed from the task manager.  When Moz
(browser) is running (which starts fine), clicking on the Mail/News button does
nothing.

Please uninstall all third-party Themes, restart Mozilla and try it again...

Resolving with no reply from reporter.
Reporter, if you still have this issue in a current build after uninstalling all
3rd party themes and restarting Mozilla, please reopen and comment with details.
