While forward HTML style message as inline, Mozilla ate lots of resource and
the display / performace are quite bad.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Using 1.0.0+ build 2002-05-14
2. Forward a HTML style message (please refer to the attched source of bug#139362)
    as inline 
3. You will see the broken MozillaMail Window and system becomes very slow.

Actual Results:  While forwarding as inline it should be smooth.

This bug is related to bug#139362 with its fix.

Also with the fix of bug#139362, while entering email address, the smart
searching in address book doesn't work !!!

After viewing this message, MozillaMail became very very slow...
It looks like the CPU loading 100%...
In Win98SE + RC3.

This seems to be better in 1.1a+, nighty 2002062008.
Hope it can be improved soon. :)
