User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:60.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/60.0
Build ID: 20180315232954
Firefox for Android

Steps to reproduce:

Try to open video https://www.vesti.ru/doc.html?id=2996490# for example or any video on this site and you will get SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER error in video player frame. With previous builds of Firefox 59.0 beta and stable it was good and everything plays normally. SSL scanning is disabled in my Eset Internet security.

Actual results:

I get an error SEC_ERROR_UNKNOWN_ISSUER in opened video player frame and no video stream.

Expected results:

Video stream should be played.
The same on desktop version.

I have tested this issue on Windows 10 x64, using the STR provided in comment 0, performed a regression, the result as follows:

Last good revision: 0e06932d93c20f596e29e2b0b30fde9e79b663cb
First bad revision: 97eade2b82c7ad778bd4dbc247163a587f3465b0

Looks like the following bug has the changes which introduced the regression:
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1442075

J. C. Jones, as author of one of the patches included in that push, can you please take a look at this report?

Thanks!

See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/what-does-your-connection-is-not-secure-mean#w_the-certificate-does-not-come-from-a-trusted-source for a description; the website owner must update the certificate. You'll see this site does not work in Chrome Beta, either, and will be broken in both Firefox and Chrome's next releases.

I also use Windows 10 x64 OS. The same bug i get with Android version on my Xiaomi Redmi 4A with Android 7.1.2, but the only differense is that Firefox on Android only shows black window frame and no info about an error.
