Linux Mint18.2 Mate edition 64bit.
Reproducible : always
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Change browser size to normal size
--- remember browser size
2. Maximized by clicking caption buttons
3. In customize toolbar, enable or disable titlebar and done
4. Un-maximize by clicking caption buttons
--- observe browser size
Actual Results:
Restored browser size is too small
Expected Results:
Restored browser size should be same as size at step 1.

no longer reproduce on Nightly69.0a1 and 68.0b13.
The browser restored with adequate size when un-maximized
