User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.3; rv:61.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/61.0 Build ID: 20180318100058 Steps to reproduce: Opened a new window from the menu (same with the shortcut) while the active window was maximized. Also tested with a fresh profile and safe mode. Actual results: The new window wasn't maximized. Expected results: The new window should have been maximized.
