When printing a selection on the page, there's no way to preview (at least on MS
Windows systems). The selection can still be huge and print over many pages, so
print preview would be useful. Specifically, it's useful on web pages where
there are pointless ads on the page in the same frame. Usually, it's possible to
select  the entire web page minus the ads and print that selection.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. On Windows, use the mouse button to mark (select) portions of a web page.
2. There's no way to preview the printing of that selection.
3. In the Print... dialog, select "Print range/Selection". Printing of the
selection works fine.

I assume the functionality is missing on other platforms as well.
