Split off from bug 9458:
In the editor init page, there's a named anchor tag displayed in inline block
style.  On Windows, it's a small image that sits right where the named anchor
is, above the next line; on Linux, it's a huge image that draws on top of
several lines of text.  Peterl says the style code is 100% XP so it isn't a
problem in the style code.

i just tried this on an oct. 8 build, and the image is small on linux as
expected.

With the Oct 22 build, the image seems to be the correct size.
