This seems to fix the TPS failures around tabs and session store, specifically test_bug535326, test_privbrw_tabs.js, and test_special_tabs.js. Not to mention, it also lets us remove a gnarly frame script. Anyway, I also updated test_special_tabs so that the special tabs it's checking for actually are the ones we use. This ended up being irrelevant, but seems worth keeping.
