144775 - Left cursor key changes proxy configuration in "No Proxy for:" field

  When the left cursor key is pressed in the "No Proxy for:" field, RC2 changes
the configuration selection to "Automatic proxy configuration URL:". This is
high unintuitive and I consider it a bug.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Edit->Preferences->Advanced->Proxies
2.Select "Manual proxy configuration"
3.Place cursor in the "No Proxy for:" field, type some characters
4.Hit the Left cursor key

Actual Results:  proxy configuration changed to "Automatic proxy configuration URL:"

Expected Results:  Text cursor should have move one character to the left

OS should be set to all.
This one should really be fixed in 1.1 IMHO.
