144779 - Mass clearing download manager slow and causing exceptions

I opened download manager for the first time in a while, hit CTRL-A to select
all, and hit clear. Mozilla sucked 100% CPU for 10 seconds or so, then I noticed
in JS Console there were many (many more then there were DL manager entries)
exceptions:
