Fundraising team would like to update the Websites, Communications & Cookies Privacy Notice to include second bullet under Payment Processing:

"Fraud Prevention: Mozilla has implemented third-party technology, Google’s Invisible reCAPTCHA, that operates in the background of on some of our websites in order to identify fraudulent activity. Use of the Invisible reCAPTCHA is governed by the Google [Privacy Policy](https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/)  and [Terms of Use](https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/terms/)."

Abigail and Marshall from Legal have reviewed the above copy.

The context around this work is that in an effort to lower our donation fraud rate, our payment processor is requiring that we add a fraud tool to our donation site. Foundation devs will be releasing code to turn reCaptcha live in the next few days.

It looks like you're referring to the policy at https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/websites/. That content in various languages can be found here:

https://github.com/mozilla/legal-docs/tree/master/websites_privacy_notice

I'm not actually sure who to contact about updating those files and getting the changes translated. It looks to me like you can simply submit a pull request to the en-US.md file and go from there. Let me know if you need any help with that.
